We aim to provide you with everything; bizarre, relaxing and adventurous trips with a Jordanian approach. Our goal is to show you our country in an authentic way like no one else and like never before. Be aware and carry the right to argue, if we do not provide you with the agreed on: food pack, transportation, security, first aid, experienced guiding and an enjoyable time. But be informed that you will be notified once you choose the trip the level of activity; either site seeing and relaxation or dynamic and adventurous. Therefore, if u have chosen one of them don’t expect the other unless the guide tells you before. Please inform us in advance if you have any illness that we need to know about or if you insist what should we do incase it attacks, this includes epilepsy, any kind of phobias or allergies (it will be dealt with supreme secrecy). Please be notified that if there is logical complaint after the trip you will receive a 35% discount on the next time you choose to cruise with us. Any items lost during the trip are not under our responsibility unless you have previously asked us to take care of it.

In case of emergency:

a. If a costumer faces trouble, he will be treated and taken to hospital if needed and the rest of the group wiil proceed as planned. He wont be refunded.

b. If more than two are compromised the trip is postponed till further notice. Payment stays saved.

Our trips are preplanned so please do not pressure the guide to move off track or take a stop longer than planned.

Tropical Desert Trips
Release of Claims Form:

A Release of Claims Form will be provided in each trip to participants prior to the start of each trip. This form must be signed by all trip participants and is a condition of our acceptance of you as a trip participant. For trip participants under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must also sign on their release form.

The text of the form will be as the following:


"As a voluntary trip participant on a Tropical Desert Trips program I agree to exercise reasonable care in any activities I participate in and to follow safety directions from trip leaders, guides and drivers. I further understand that due to the unpredictability of weather and locations of wildlife Tropical Desert Trips reserves the right to make reasonable changes in itineraries. I also understand that due to the nature of birds, mammals, and other wildlife that neither Tropical Desert Trips nor their guides can guarantee viewing of any specific species.

During my voluntary participation in programs made available to me by Tropical Desert Trips, I accept all risks inherent with those programs including but not limited to the risks of traveling in vehicles, encounters with wild animals, walking, hiking, swimming and boating. In the absence of gross negligence by Tropical Desert Trips, I agree that Tropical Desert Trips’ employees, shareholders and agents shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any losses, damage or injury to my person or property, or for expenses arising from negligence of contractors and suppliers that may provide transportation, guides, accommodations, or other travel related services. I further agree that Tropical Desert Trips is not responsible for any death, injury or accidents which may occur as a result of acts of any person or carrier of passengers employed or contracted to Tropical Desert Trips and that Tropical Desert Trips assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items including baggage.

I do hereby waive, on my behalf and that of my heirs, any and all claims against Tropical Desert Trips, it’s employees, shareholders, and agents for any death, bodily injury, illness, or loss arising from my voluntary participation in the programs made available to me by Tropical Desert Trip, and agree not to bring suit against all or any of them unless such loss, bodily injury, illness or death is due to their direct gross negligence. I agree that neither Tropical Desert Trips nor it’s agents will be held liable for any circumstances arising as a result of acts of God, military, political or terrorist act, civil disturbance, force major, weather, theft, strikes or annoyance."

This addendum is for trip participants under the age of 18 and requires a signature of a parent or legal guardian.

"As a voluntary trip participant on a Tropical Desert Trips program my child/children will exercise reasonable care in any activities they participate in and will follow safety directions from trip leaders, guides and drivers."
