2 Days Tour From Marrakech To Zagora Desert

Day 1 – Marrakech – Zagora

At 8 o’clock in the morning , your driver will take you up from your Marrakech hotel/riad and begin from there heading to the southeastern region of Morocco, leaving the red city behind. Following that by just a  little bit of time, you begin to ascend the mountains of the High Atlas, where you can see Berber or Amazigh villages settled on the rocky mountains. We’ll probably stop for a traditionally made coffee at Tichka Pass before continuing on to Agdez passing across Ouarzazate the well known city for being the Hollywood of Africa. After a little break to have lunch then some recuperation, we will continue via the dazzling views of  Draa valley with its vast palm plantations. You will be arriving  at the city of Zagora in the desert shortly before nightfall, park the 4×4 then ride a camels trek that will be  waiting us to approach the desert camp’s with the nomadic style tents.

Day 2 – Zagora – Marrakech

Our journey’s second and last day  begins with a lovely early admiration of sunrise, followed by a delicious meal before returning the camels to the asphalted roads to meet the 4×4 vehicle . You return along the same route, stopping in Ouarzazate for lunch and then touring the city’s attractions, including the magnificent Taourirte Kasbah and the famous movies museum, after that we’ll be continuing to the worldwide known Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a World historic Heritage Site by the UNESCO and the biggest Kasbah in Morocco. Following this visit, you’ll be returning back to the red city of Marrakech, and in the city the driver at your service will be droping you off anywhere you want.
